The Cold Brew from Coffee Shop Pedals is a chorus/vibrato pedal with added LoFi options to give your signal a woozy, wobbly, wonderful characteristic. The core of the Cold Brew is a chorus/vibrato which has all the familiar features you'd expect: Rate, Depth, Mix, along with a Wave selector. Choose from four different wave shapes: Sine, Triangle, Random, and Tri-Chorus for different flavors of modulation. A Lag control adjusts the stereo spread of the signal for wide, immersive sounds. Additionally, a built in Ramp lets you control the Rate and Depth with the press of a foot.
The truly unique thing about the Cold Brew isn't the chorus, lush as it can be, but rather the lofi options. Choose between four different EQ and LoFi modes: Radio, Tape, Vinyl, and a hidden Aliasing mode. They all adjust the overall EQ of the pedal, which can be adjusted using the secondary Tone control, but also add unique sonic artifacts. The LoFi control adjusts how much of the artifacts come into play. In Radio mode you get a touch of dynamic hiss and static, Tape mode gives you a saturation and flutter, Vinyl gives you some hiss, and the Aliasing mode gives you a bit-crushed/sample-rate reduced effect.
