The Bluey Limiter is a modified "Blue Stripe" compressor based on the "golden" unit owned by legendary mix engineer Chris Lord-Alge. That particular Blue Stripe unit, dubbed "Bluey," has a special mojo to it that shines on vocal tracks like no other.
